TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Services
Mower Madness provides small-engine repair and maintenance services. All services are subject to availability and our diagnostic process.
2. Estimates
All estimates are approximate based on initial diagnosis. Final pricing may vary based on parts required and equipment condition. You will not be charged for repairs without your approval.
3. Warranty
A 10-day warranty is available on repairs. If the same issue recurs within 10 days of delivery, we will fix it for a flat $25 follow-up fee. The warranty is optional and must be selected at the time of service.
4. Payments
Payment is due when you pick up your repaired equipment. We do not collect or store payment information online — accepted methods are posted at the shop.
5. Parts
Replacement parts used in repairs are covered by the same 10-day warranty. Availability is subject to supplier stock.
6. Accounts
Customers may create accounts to track repairs and equipment. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
7. Liability
Mower Madness is not liable for equipment left beyond 30 days after repair completion. Equipment not picked up within 90 days may be considered abandoned.
