REPAIR POLICY
Diagnostic Fee
A $30 diagnostic fee applies to all inspections. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee can be applied toward labor when appropriate.
Estimate Approval
After diagnosis, you will receive an estimate. No repair work begins until you approve the estimate. You may decline the estimate at no additional charge beyond the diagnostic fee.
10-Day Warranty
An optional 10-day warranty is available. If the same issue recurs within 10 days of delivery, we will fix it for a flat $25 follow-up fee. Without the warranty, standard labor rates apply.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround varies by service type and parts availability. Rush and emergency options are available for an additional fee. We will notify you of any delays caused by parts ordering.
Pickup & Drop-Off
Pickup and drop-off services are available in the Meadville, PA area. Equipment must be picked up within 30 days of repair completion. Equipment left beyond 90 days may be considered abandoned.
Non-Running Equipment
We also buy non-running mowers and tractors. Contact us for an evaluation.
